Um, did I really just spend 20 minutes dancing around my living room to Biggie's Juicy?

Yes, I did (I doubtable you aren't surprised). 🙂

And why did I exercise it?

Givenchy! Candide Tangerine, their newest lipstick colour, makes me Actually wish I could rap. If I could, I'd spit a few bars almost how downright juicy information technology is.

Imagine pieces of peeled tangerine dipped in concentrated Hawaiian Punch. THAT's how intensely pigmented Candide Tangerine is.

I like it both ways, simply I think the shine makes Candide Tangerine look a little more than mod.

If you're new to Givenchy's Rouge Interdit Lipstick line, y'all're in for a treat (albeit an expensive one…like truffles). These moisturizing lippies feel shine and light on my lips and have a really overnice glide to them. They're unflavored, merely they do take a light rosy olfactory property that quickly fades. I think it's pleasant.

Givenchy calls the Rouge Interdit lipsticks long-wearing, but I dunno… I go betwixt three-4 hours out of Candide Tangerine, which isn't terribly good or bad. More similar medium-wear, and I do touch-ups with information technology at least a few times throughout the day.

Candide Tangerine is rather expensive, but it'south also packed with pretty pigment. It's wonderful texture and sleek, sophisticated packaging also make information technology experience worthy of the price — a fun, fresh take on ane of spring'south trendiest colors.

A stellar 24-hour interval at Stellar Spa

Last weekend's spa twenty-four hours with my high schoolhouse buddies at Stellar Spa in Corte Madera (up in the North Bay Surface area) was a really nice treat. I'd driven by the spa many times (information technology'southward close to the place I go to get my hair did) before, but I'd never walked in. It's a super cute, homey picayune spot offering massages, facials and body treatments.

They have men's and women'south lounges and a soothing co-ed "tranquillity surface area" with couches, magazines and snacks (dried fruit, nuts, water and tea), then you lot can unwind before and later your treatment. It's non one of those spas with, similar, the super fancy showers, or a sauna or pool, but it'due south clean, classy and great if you lot just want to relax. I had a deep tissue massage, and Tina, the very cool masseuse who worked on me, tenderized my upper back and shoulders as if they were pieces of meat, effectively chiseling out all of my tension (and I mean this in the best possible way). I left feeling like a new girl, mellow and happy.
